Question by Abhi: ICICI Pure gold.. Pricing.?
I bought 50 gm gold bar on 30 Apr 06. They charged me 56,644.00 towards the purchase. IS this price right.
The gold is 24 Carat 99.99% pure..
Please advice.

Yes it is. And gold closed today at 0 and ounce. You made some money.

If this purchase was in Rupees Im afraid I wouldnt celebrate yet..I calculate the price you paid to be $25.26 per gm U.S…Or $783.04 per ounce
56,644 rupees = $1262.97
$1262.97 / 50 = $25.26
$25.26 x 31.1035 = $783.04 troy ounce
